Release Manager

• Manage end-to-end release processes for AML technology.
• Oversee application risk controls, security patching and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
• Responsible for responding to audit/regulatory requests.
• Coordinate with project, development teams, and support partners to deliver high-quality software releases.
• Serves as the subject matter expert for the Change process with stakeholders to include Risk, Audit and external Regulators
• Coordinate with Software owners and support partners to ensure timely action on deliverables.
• Monitor and mitigate risks associated with application governance.
• Establish routines and provide updates to senior leadership.
• Coordinate and communicate application outage events.

• Basic knowledge of Oracle SQL for querying and data manipulation.
• Familiarity with Pega Systems technology for workflow and case management.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira Software for project tracking, collaboration, and agile processes.
• Experience using BMC Remedy IT Service Management for incident and change management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• General understanding of technology components (applications, databases, integrations, and infrastructure).
