Systems Administrator

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to manage and support our on-premises and cloud-based IT infrastructure. This role is responsible for system reliability, security, and performance, with a strong focus on Microsoft, Azure, and hybrid environments., * Administer and support Windows and Linux servers (on-prem and cloud).

• Manage users, permissions, and access (Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID).
• Monitor systems, performance, and security; troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Maintain backups, patching, and disaster recovery processes.
• Support networking (DNS, IP configuration, subnets, routing, hybrid IaaS).
• Document configurations, procedures, and system changes.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams on projects and improvements.

• 3+ years of system administration experience or equivalent.
• Windows Server and Linux administration.
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls).
• Virtualization (VMware vSphere and/or Hyper-V).
• Microsoft Azure administration, including:
• Entra ID, VMs, VNETs, Storage Accounts, Key Vaults
• Azure Arc, SQL Managed Instances, Intune, Azure DevOps
• Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint).

Preferred Skills

• SQL Server / MySQL (SSMS, basic query modification).
• Scripting: PowerShell, Python, Azure CLI, Bash.
• Monitoring tools: Datadog, Microsoft Sentinel.
• Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Databricks experience is a plus.
