Design and Develop EDI with Supplier. Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP PP/QM/MM/ Supplier Quality modules in alignment with business goals. Ensure integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI/CO) and third-party systems like MES. Lead SAP-related projects, including system upgrades, rollouts, and enhancements for PP/QM modules. Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes. Prepare and deliver project status updates to senior leadership.

Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand production planning, quality management, and plant maintenance requirements. Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing schedules, quality assurance processes, and asset management workflows. Design end-to-end processes for production orders, preventive maintenance, and quality inspections.

User Training and Support: Provide expertise and training to end-users and key stakeholders on SAP functionalities. Offer Level 2 and 3 support for incident management, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, configurations, and custom developments.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest SAP functionalities, industry trends, and best practices in production, quality, and maintenance. Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, ML) to enhance SAP capabilities. Conduct root cause analyses to address recurring system or process challenges.
