Ability to perform Order to Delivery reconciliation Expertise in optimizing and automating OGSD processes involving order management, reconciliation of all goods movements with the accounting and reporting units Strong capabilities in Storage Objects, Sales Logistics Cockpit, Tele sales, Data collation reporting, Routing, Forecasting and Tank Monitoring Strong OGSD capabilities in the areas of TSW, TD, Exchanges, Commodity Pricing, PRA and JVA. Transport planning capabilities in OGSD Experience in implementing OGSD module in at least two end-to-end implementation projects is an added advantage Ability to work in a highly integrated and custom SAP environment Strong communication skills. Ability to act as a primary point of contact to the client, and coordinate service delivery by working with the offshore team Experience in ITIL processes including incident management, problem management, release management and change management
