Job description

Develop and specify braking functions such as ESC, ABS, regenerative braking strategies and brake blending Design and align functional architectures within the overall Vehicle Motion Control system context Define, manage and maintain system and functional requirements Collaborate closely with software, systems and vehicle engineering teams to ensure seamless function integration Plan and execute verification and validation activities, including SiL, HiL and vehicle testing Ensure compliance with functional safety standards (ISO 26262) and applicable regulatory requirements Coordinate external development partners and interface directly with OEM customers

Requirements

Completed education (University of Applied Sciences, University) with a focus on Automotive Engineering, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field At least 3 years of experience in the development of braking functions or brake systems Strong expertise in vehicle dynamics and control engineering Experience with modeling and simulation tools, ideally MATLAB/Simulink Good knowledge of Systems Engineering, ASPICE, and ISO 26262 Experience in technical leadership, coordination or structuring development activities or a strong interest in taking on such responsibilities Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams Very good knowledge in English, German language skills are an advantage

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €60,970.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
