Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 or more years of related professional experience, or equivalent education and experience., Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, managing and assessing workflows and process. Previous experience working with CRM and/or ERP systems. Experience with admission application file review. Established organizational and time management skills. Ability to work collaboratively. Strong interpersonal and written communication and public speaking skills. Effective data analysis and troubleshooting skills.

The incumbent is able to represent the University in a professional and positive manner and abide by the National Association for College Admission Counseling's Guide to Ethical Practice in College Admission.

Ability to pass background checks, university judiciary review, and regular driving history audits.

Benefits & conditions

The Assistant Director for Application Management is mapped to Pay Grade CA&P 15 at OHIO , with a target hiring range of $45,837 - $51,377. The exact starting salary for the selected candidate will be negotiable, commensurate with education and experience, and competitive in the field within the context of similarly situated positions at public universities nationally.
