What you'll build
As a working student supporting the Chief of Staff to the Head of Design for SAP Signavio, you will play a key role in strengthening team operations, internal communication, and cross-suite collaboration. You will help drive initiatives that improve team health, culture, and organizational alignment. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and visual storytelling while working closely with design leaders, operations partners, and cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities may include:
- Support project management activities by maintaining timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and tracking deliverables.
- Create visually compelling communication materials such as newsletters, intranet or internal collaboration pages, presentations, and internal reports.
- Assist in preparing executive-level presentations, frameworks, and strategic documents.
- Contribute to internal communication initiatives that strengthen transparency, engagement, and team culture.
- Support operational processes such as meeting preparation, follow-ups, documentation, and organizing team events.
Requirements
- Enrollment in a program related to communication, design, visual/graphic design, media studies, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong visual communication skills and the ability to create high-quality, engaging materials.
- Experience in project management, communications and operations.
- Proficiency with presentation tools (PowerPoint, Figma Slides), visual design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite), and MS Office or any project management-related software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex topics.
- Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, takes ownership, and comfortable with multitasking.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking.
- Experience in user research methods and data analysis is a plus.
