Job description

An international vaccine manufacturer is seeking an experienced Senior ERP Application Manager to support the management, optimisation, and further development of its SAP/AFAS application landscape. In this key role within the Information Management team, you will ensure the reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement of business-critical ERP systems supporting Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and HR.

You will act as the link between the business, IT, and external vendors, translating business requirements into functional solutions while supporting implementations, upgrades, integrations, and compliance activities. As the SAP Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will play a central role in the organisation's ongoing digitalisation programme within an international vaccine, * VOG (Certificate of Good Conduct) required as part of the recruitment process

Requirements

  • HBO/Bachelor's degree level or equivalent working and thinking level
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant SAP ERP experience within a complex organisation
  • Proven experience as a SAP Subject Matter Expert (SME) and ambassador for application support
  • Experience with multiple SAP ERP modules, specifically: FI/CO, SD, MM, QM/QA
  • Experience translating business requirements into functional SAP solutions
  • Experience managing incidents, changes, releases, and testing
  • Experience supporting SAP implementations, upgrades, and system integrations
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external suppliers
  • Experience supporting validation, compliance, and audit activities

  • Experience within a GMP/GxP-regulated pharmaceutical environment
  • Experience supporting HR processes
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment
