Job description

PLN Network & Professional Consulting Ltd is seeking a Director of Network Operations to lead the strategic management of enterprise network infrastructure and technology operations. What you'll do:

  • Lead and oversee enterprise network operations and infrastructure services.
  • Develop and implement network strategies that support business growth and technology objectives.
  • Ensure the availability, performance, security, and scalability of network infrastructure.
  • Oversee network monitoring, maintenance, upgrades, and technology improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to deliver reliable and secure technology solutions.
  • Manage IT service providers, technology vendors, and operational budgets.
  • Support cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
  • Analyse operational performance and implement continuous improvement strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with technology standards, security policies, and operational best practices.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop technical teams while fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Experience in network operations, IT infrastructure, technology services, systems administration, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Previous leadership or senior management experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, network security, or IT service management is beneficial.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and strategic leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple technology initiatives and operational priorities.
  • A collaborative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.
