Job description
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to develop advanced common operating picture (COP), geospatial visualization, and data integration capabilities that support critical national security missions. You'll work on a hands-on engineering team building operational software using Palantir Foundry and MAVEN Smart System (MSS), delivering tools that enable analysts and operators to make timely, informed decisions., * Design and develop common operating picture (COP) and geospatial visualization capabilities.
- Build on Palantir Foundry/AIP/MSS where applicable.
- Integrate sensor detections, operational data, and real-time data feeds.
- Build intuitive analyst workflows and user-facing applications.
- Optimize visualization performance for large-scale datasets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including development of geospatial, visualization, or common operating picture (COP) applications.
- 2+ years of direct experience developing on Palantir Foundry, AIP, or Maven Smart System.
- IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+, CCNA Security, GSEC).
- Minimum Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with geospatial stacks (Esri/ArcGIS, Cesium, Mapbox).
- Experience with TypeScript/React.
- Python experience.
- Experience with Ontology/data modeling (OWL/RDF-adjacent).
