What You'll Do:
· Work closely with Project Engineers to assess and ensure the suitability of components and assemblies, adjusting and improvements as needed.
· Take ownership of maintaining project goals, including budget and timeline, ensuring designs are delivered on schedule and within scope.
· Interface directly with Project Engineers to ensure the designs align with technical and commercial specifications.
· Continuously seek out design improvements that enhance performance, efficiency, and durability.
· Create designs/drawings in both 2D and 3D software packages.
· Support project documentation and reporting, keeping all records accurate and up to date.
· Collaborate with fabricators and vendors to ensure successful execution of designs.
· Review and approve design packages, ensuring high-quality standards before release.

Requirements
· A degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Mechanical Technology Engineering, or equivalent experience working on medium to large metal structures, ideally in the power generation field.
· 0 to 5 years of hands-on engineering experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Inventor.
· Strong communication and teamwork skills - you know how to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders to get the job done.
· A self-motivated, detail-oriented approach to your work, ensuring accuracy and accountability at every stage of the design process.
· A good mechanical aptitude and a talent for understanding technical drawings and turning them into functional, real-world designs.
· The ability to travel internationally as needed, embracing opportunities to expand your knowledge and experience in different environments.
