IT Consultant

• IT Inhouse Consulting for Sales, Engineering, and Service
• Optimization of business processes and system capabilities
• Project management and continuous improvement initiatives
• Process ownership and consulting for internal stakeholders
• Incident analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Support for testing, releases, and system quality assurance
• Vendor and stakeholder management, including coordination of external service providers
• Facilitation of workshops, user training, and documentation

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration/Economics, or a comparable qualification
• Strong understanding of Sales, Engineering or Service processes in an industrial or B2B environment
• Experience with ERP (IFS preferred) and CRM systems (Dynamics 365 preferred)
• Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Very good English skills
