  • Own identification, mapping and tracking pod-level dependencies partnering with project managers and adjacent Technology Managers to coordinate cross-pod concerns, while maintaining pod-level focus and execution flow.
  • Maintain transparent internal delivery status, including milestone health, delivery risks, and mitigation plans, to support accurate and timely client-facing communications by Project Management and Account Management partners.
  • Responsible for pod-level quality outcomes, release readiness, and ensuring work meets agreed standards for delivery, and providing clear Go/No-Go signals to Project Manager or Account Manager partners who own client-side release coordination and communications.
  • Ensure operational readiness for delivery, including runbooks, observability, rollback planning, and clear ownership handoffs where required.
  • Serve as primary escalation point for delivery and non-delivery risk, including people, technical, operational, dependency, and organizational concerns.
  • Directly manage assigned engineers and developers, including goal setting, ongoing feedback, performance reviews, and performance improvement actions where needed. Promote a high-trust, execution-focused team environment.
  • Own career progression and development for each direct report, including coaching, growth planning, and promotion readiness input.
  • Own pod capacity planning and staffing decisions for direct reports across pod commitments.
  • Lead hiring for the pod, including role scoping, interview quality, and selection decisions.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and evangelize best practices within the team and organization.
  • Represent the company as a technology and delivery expert in client-facing delivery discussions.

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle practices, including agile delivery, release readiness, and quality gates.
  • Experience coordinating technical delivery across cross-functional partners (engineering, architecture/platform, operations, and product/account functions).
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to drive decisions and align internal and external client stakeholders on delivery priorities.
  • Ability to use delivery and flow metrics to assess performance and improve predictability, quality, and cycle time., * Experience in pod-based, product-based, or value-stream-aligned delivery models.
