Job description
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure adherence to Agile principles and Scrum practices.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Provide technical leadership to an Agile team of 6 to 8 Software Engineers.
- Translate requirements and vision into prioritized user stories, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Agile teams to ensure alignment and technology reuse.
Requirements
Our client, a leading organization in the medical technology sector, is seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join their team. As a Scrum Master, you will be supporting the software development teams dedicated to delivering innovative medical products that enhance clinical outcomes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization., * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field.
- 4+ years of experience in C++ or C#.NET within Microsoft Windows development environments.
- 4+ years of experience practicing Agile software development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles.
- Familiarity with all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
