Data Integration & Quality Specialist

The Data Integration & Quality Specialist will help build more consistent, reliable, and meaningful data practices across programs-supporting better decision-making, stronger compliance, and more effective service delivery. We are seeking a candidate with 2-4 years of experience in data management, reporting, or program evaluation who brings both technical skill and a passion for using data to improve outcomes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with databases or case management systems such as Apricot, HMIS, or similar platforms, and a strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve complex problems. This role requires someone who can translate data into meaningful insights and communicate effectively with non-technical audiences, including program staff and leadership. Experience in human services, housing, or nonprofit settings is essential, along with a solid understanding of performance measurement and KPI tracking. The successful candidate will also have experience in training or facilitation and a demonstrated ability to support and empower staff to adopt strong data practices and use systems effectively.
