Job description
The Director of Digital Workplace Innovation leads the modernization of the agency's productivity, collaboration, and information management capabilities. This role advances the strategic use of Microsoft 365, AI-enabled tools, and low-code solutions to streamline business processes, strengthen organizational efficiency, and support a secure and effective hybrid workforce., Position duties will include but not be limited to the following:

Lead enterprise adoption and optimization of Microsoft 365

Manage structured intake processes

Determine solution approaches across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, AI, and enterprise systems

Deliver workflow automation, AI-enhanced tools, and low-code applications

Define objectives, outcomes, and KPIs for digital workplace initiatives

Oversee implementation, governance alignment, and risk mitigation
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: Five years of experience in IT, digital workplace, business process improvement, or related fields
Notes: Additional experience may substitute year-for-year for the degree requirement
SELECTIVE QUALIFICATIONS
SELECTIVE QUALIFICATIONS

Two years of experience designing or administering Microsoft 365 solutions

One year of experience developing automation or AI-based solutions, * Experience leading enterprise Microsoft 365 or Power Platform programs

Experience with workflow automation and low-code development

Experience delivering training and organizational change management

Experience implementing information governance or records management
-
Supervisory or team lead experience, Successful candidates will be ranked as Best Qualified, Better Qualified, or Qualified and placed on the employment (eligible) list for at least one year or be placed on a register for at least one year. This list will be used by the hiring agency to select candidates for interviews in-person or virtually. For education obtained outside the U.S., a copy of the equivalent American education as determined by a foreign credential evaluation service must accompany the application.
