IT Operations & Support Engineer

• Contact person at eye level for all IT support issues
• Finding solutions to problems in first and second level support
• Creative design for the optimization of IT services and processes
• Advice on dealing with (new) technologies and IT tools
• Support for IT projects

• Successfully completed training in an IT-related professional field or comparable qualification
• 2 years of experience in IT support - ideally in an industrial environment
• Good knowledge of Windows, Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Fun and pleasure in dealing with new technologies (e.g. with hyper-converged infrastructure)
