Job description

  • Shape the evolution of learning technology and data processes to deliver efficient, scalable, and user-focused learning experiences.
  • Lead learning system governance to ensure high-quality data, compliance, operational excellence, and continuously compliant systems.
  • Manage cross-functional projects that improve learning processes, streamline operations, and introduce automation solutions.
  • Generate insights from learning data to support decision-making and measure the impact of learning initiatives.
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to align learning solutions with business priorities, regulations, and workforce needs.
  • Identify emerging trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement within learning operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, Business, Education, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience managing learning technologies (Learning Management Systems like SuccessFactors Learning), business systems, and learning and development operations.
  • Experience working in a regulated GxP environment and a strong understanding of its requirements.
  • Familiarity with Content or Document Management Systems.
  • Strong project management experience, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with data governance, reporting, analytics, and process improvement programmes.
  • Knowledge of regulated environments and quality or compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, change management, and prioritization skills.
