The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in game design (preferably with iGaming, real-money gaming).
- Proven track record of shipped titles.
- Strong understanding of game mechanics, player motivation, and engagement loops.
- Experience working with KPIs (retention, monetization, LTV, conversion).
- Solid knowledge of RTP, volatility models, and math-driven design principles.
- Experience writing clear and structured GDDs.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience designing live betting products, slot games or live casino products.
- Familiarity with regulated markets and certification processes.
- Experience with A/B testing and live game optimization.
- Basic understanding of game engines (e.g. pixi.js, 2D engine).
- Passion for Sports industry.
