Job description
You will be joining the Financial Crime unit at a pivotal moment. The team is executing a GenAI Acceleration plan that moves beyond traditional automation towards intelligent, data-driven systems. For the ML track specifically, the focus is on developing and productionising machine learning models in a big data environment, reducing manual effort for DFC analysts and improving the quality and speed of financial crime decisions.
Requirements
You will: - Develop, train, and productionise machine learning models that deliver pre-estimated business value within FC - Work with large, complex datasets in a big data environment using Python, PySpark, Azure, and Databricks - Collaborate with business developers and other data scientists in a multidisciplinary team - Operate independently on high-impact use cases while contributing to a scalable AI ecosystem Who are you? - Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field - 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, including experience productionising ML models - Proficient in Python; PySpark experience strongly preferred - Familiar with Azure and other technologies including GIT - Up to date with recent developments in machine learning and comfortable with knowledge of IT architecture - Able to work independently and take ownership of use cases end to end - Experienced working in large, complex corporate environments - Experience in FEC, KYC, CDD, or AML ...
