Job description
We are looking for a highly organised and confident Service Desk Administrator to join our busy fire and security operations team. Experience with UPTICK is beneficial but not essential- full training will be provided.
We install security systems in the UK. The systems we install are, Fire Alarms, CCTV Systems, Intruder Alarms, Access Control Systems. DRA Alarms.
The main daily duties will be:
Answering incoming phone calls and emails- Providing professional, friendly support, building client rapour.
Service Desk- Logging jobs onto the software and scheduling works.
Providing administrator support- Admin support may be required from the senior management. Jobs requested may include scanning documents, arranging deliveries, logging sales leads.
Supporting Scheduling Manager- Handling client inquiries, logging issues and ensuring timely resolution of problems.
Documentation and Record Keeping- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, warranties and other relevant documentation.
Processing Payments- Using the MOSS system to process company transactions to theaccounts department

Strong communication
Excellent Organisation
Comfortable using computer systems
The position calls for an organised person who has a good telephone manner. Good IT skills are essential. An ability to prioritise is vital as is accuracy when working with information., * Customer service: 1 year( essential)

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (Required)
