Seeking for a seasoned professional to support our agile teams in planning, implementing, and enhancing business value through Epics and features. This role involves daily assignment tracking, prioritization, and impediment removal, as well as release planning and coordinating agile ceremonies. The candidate will work under the Aqua portfolio, supporting various programs and driving agile transformation. Must-Have Skills and Experience:

• 7+ years of experience understanding and implementing Agile values, principles, and practices (Kanban, Scrum).
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• 7+ years of experience with JIRA to create/enhance dashboards and monitor sprint/workflow progress.
• 7+ years of experience managing multiple priorities/projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
• 7+ years of experience working with stakeholders for backlog item prioritization and understanding epics/stories/tasks.
• 7+ years of experience with work breakdown, estimation, sprint planning, and impediment removal.
• 5+ years of experience using facilitation and communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• 7+ years of experience using risk and business impact analysis and reporting skills.
• 4+ years of experience gaining buy-in and support from stakeholders.
• 4+ years of experience managing, maintaining, and analyzing data for actionable insights.
• 4+ years of experience with effective leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• 4+ years of experience planning just enough, just in time to start moving forward.
• Certified Agile Scrum Master or Kanban Flow Master - 5+ years.
• 3+ years of experience with Program Increment (PI) planning and tracking dependencies across teams.
• 7+ years of experience on the technical side of application development to support agile teams.
• Certified SPC or SAFe Agilist in SAFe transformation - desired, 3+ years.
• Certified Project Manager - desired, 5+ years.
