The User Experience Architect III serves as a strategic leader in shaping and transforming the experiences of patients, visitors, and staff across The Johns Hopkins Hospital. Reporting to the Executive Director of Operations, this role drives the design and continuous evolution of end-to-end experiences spanning physical spaces, service delivery, workflows, and organizational touchpoints. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an equivalent field required
Work Experience:
- Minimum six years' experience in designing user interface and graphics for web-based applications, including corporate websites, Intranets, online catalogs, extranets, and information-based sites for both consumer and business-to-business customers.
- Experience working in the healthcare or academic medicine industry preferred.
