Senior CRM & Reporting Analyst

We're seeking a Senior CRM & Reporting Analyst who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and partnering with colleagues to make technology easier and more impactful. This is a full-time, hybrid position that requires a minimum of three days per week in the office.

What You'll Do You'll become a trusted Salesforce resource for departments across The Associated by:

• Supporting and enhancing our Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Creating reports and dashboards that turn data into meaningful insights
• Troubleshooting user questions and resolving CRM issues
• Developing documentation and delivering engaging user training
• Supporting change management and helping colleagues adopt new technology
• Participating in CRM enhancements, testing, and future system improvements
• Championing data quality and CRM best practices

We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys learning new technology, and loves helping people succeed.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Three or more years of CRM, database, or business systems experience
• Experience with Salesforce (Nonprofit Cloud experience is a plus)
• Strong reporting and analytical skills
• Experience creating dashboards and reports
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A collaborative approach and commitment to outstanding customer service

Bonus Points

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• Nonprofit fundraising or donor databases
• Change management or user adoption initiatives
• Excel, Power BI and/or other business intelligence tools
• Data imports, data quality, or CRM implementations
