Job description
The Field Engineer role, based in Lancaster, SC, involves traveling across multiple healthcare sites, including clinics and hospitals in both counties of Lancaster and Chester. This position supports a broad range of IT functions-networking, telecom, and endpoint support-in a collaborative, non-siloed environment. Responsibilities include hardware installation (especially in clinical settings), PC troubleshooting and imaging, and effective communication with the network team. Ideal candidates will have strong Windows and basic networking knowledge, solid troubleshooting and mechanical skills, and excellent customer service, especially with clinical staff.
