• Perform routine inspections of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS), Electrical Monitoring Systems (EMS), and SCADA systems.
• Respond to system alarms and escalate issues as needed.
• Conduct equipment checks on UPS systems, PDUs, switchgear, generators, batteries, pumps, valves, chillers, cooling towers, and fire protection systems.
• Record equipment readings and maintain accurate maintenance logs.
• Support preventive maintenance activities and equipment commissioning.
• Work safely in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment while following all site safety procedures.

We are hiring a Data Center Technician to support the operation of a new mission-critical data center in Barker, NY. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in critical environments such as data centers, industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, or commercial buildings., * 3+ years of experience in a data center or other critical facility environment.

• Basic knowledge of BMS, EMS, or SCADA systems.
• Experience monitoring electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or GED required.
