Job description
- Lead and develop a team of Data Scientists, taking pride in solving complex business challenges and delivering high-quality data products
- Translate business goals into analytics objectives and execute transition from proof of concept to scalable production solutions in close collaboration with cross-functional product teams
- Lead product teams in executing our Data & Analytics strategy while fostering an agile mindset and a culture of continuous learning, integrity, and shared accountability
- Explore emerging technologies with curiosity and passion, identifying opportunities to unlock their full potential and create business value
- Act as both a technical mentor and people manager, supporting the professional and personal growth of your team members
- Advance your team's expertise, continuously deepen your knowledge to claim thought leadership in Data Science
- Establish yourself as a Data Science ambassador across business units and functions
Requirements
- Master's degree in a STEM field (e.g. Physics, Mathematics, Bioinformatics, Computer Science); PhD is a plus
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics environment
- Solid track record of delivering data science products from idea to deployment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Expert knowledge and hands-on experience in at least one of the following data science areas: supervised or unsupervised machine learning, optimization, statistical modelling, deep learning, time-series analysis, graph analytics for big data; Experience with AI is a plus
- Fluent in English
