Job description
We are seeking a visionary and highly experienced Principal IFS Solution Architect to lead the design, strategy, and evolution of our IFS Applications and IFS Cloud ecosystem. In this business-critical role, you will serve as the ultimate technical and functional authority, translating complex corporate objectives into scalable, future-proof architectural blueprints. You will guide cross-functional implementation teams, minimize technical debt through standardized design principles, and act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders. Job Description

Requirements
- 10-15+ years of progressive experience implementing, configuring, and architecting IFS Applications or IFS Cloud systems.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Deep operational knowledge in one or more core IFS domains: Manufacturing, Projects, Service Management, Supply Chain, or Finance.
- Architectural Mastery: Advanced understanding of ERP architecture, underlying data models, configuration principles, cloud environments, and cloud deployment models.
- Sector Knowledge: Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in asset-intensive, project-based, manufacturing, or service management industries.
Experience & Technical Skills
- 5+ years of total experience in ERP consulting, with at least 3 years dedicated to IFS Applications or IFS Cloud.
- Proven track record of participating in at least 2 full-cycle IFS Cloud implementations or major upgrade projects.
- Deep familiarity with the IFS Aurena interface, IFS Cloud capabilities, and the IFS Mobile Application Suite.
- Strong understanding of core business processes in one or more domains: Finance, HCM, Manufacturing, Logistics, Service, or Project Management.
Language & Industry Preferences
- Language: Must be fully proficient in both Dutch and English (written and spoken).
- Industry: Prior experience in the Utilities industry is highly preferred.
Education & Certifications (Preferred)
- IFS Certified Functional Consultant designation is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Project Management frameworks or Agile methodologies is a strong plus.
