We are seeking top talent for the role of SFE & BI Analyst (m/f/d ) - Surgery MSM, supporting our Surgery MSM organization., The SFE & BI Analyst is a hands-on execution and enablement role within the MSM Surgery BI & Analytics team. The role focuses on reliable delivery, execution, and adoption of analytics, dashboards, and incentive calculations across countries.
The SFE & BI Analyst works closely with the rest of BI&A team, Sales Managers, and commercial teams to ensure analytics are accurate, understood, and actively used in day-to-day decision-making., 1. Execution of KPI Frameworks & Analytics
- Execute and maintain EMEA-defined KPI frameworks within local systems and dashboards
- Ensure KPIs are:
- Correctly calculated
- Clearly explained
- Consistently applied
- Support validation and data quality checks
- Dashboard Delivery & BI Support
- Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards in line with MSM standards
- Support:
- Data modeling
- KPI logic
- DAX measures
- Act as first-line support for dashboard users and issues
- Ensure dashboards are performant and aligned with master data
- Support marketing teams and countries with ad hoc data analytics calculations, with potential, segmentation and targeting exercises.
- Incentive Calculation Execution
- Execute sales incentive calculations using established models
- Maintain and operate Excel-based calculation tools
- Support:
- Data validation
- Reconciliation with Finance
- Clear explanation of incentive outcomes
- Contribute to simplification and future automation initiatives
- Analytics Enablement & Adoption
- Act as a primary enablement contact for Sales Managers
- Deliver training and walkthroughs on:
- Dashboard usage
- KPI definitions
- Performance drivers
- Develop simple, reusable enablement materials (guides, FAQs)
- Support onboarding of new users
- Interaction with IT & Business Partners
- Act as day-to-day interface with IT Business Partners
- Translate business needs into clear analytical requirements
- Support testing, validation, and issue resolution
- Proactively flag data or system limitations
- Ways of Working & Data Discipline
- Apply a structured, repeatable approach to analytics delivery
- Avoid manual workarounds and parallel reporting

Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent
- 3-5+ years experience in an analytical or business support role
- Strong skills in:
- Advanced Excel
- Power BI (report consumption and basic development)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in cross-functional and multicultural environments
- Fluent in English; Dutch, German, or French is a strong asset
Preferred
- Experience in Sales Excellence, Commercial Excellence, SFE, Pricing, or Marketing Analytics
- Exposure to incentive calculations and performance management
- Experience with Power Platform tools beyond Power BI
- Interest in automation and GenAI use cases

Benefits & conditions
[Netherlands] - The anticipated base pay range for this position is EUR 53.500,00 - EUR 85.455,00.
[Belgium] - The anticipated base pay range for this position is EUR 60.000,00 - EUR 96.255,00.
