Job description

  • Supporting Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange)
  • Setting up users, devices and access for starters and leavers
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software and basic network issues
  • Monitoring systems and escalating issues where needed
  • Supporting IT projects and system improvements, * Exposure to Microsoft 365 and modern IT environments

Requirements

We're looking for a confident and motivated IT Support Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with one to two years experience in their IT career who wants to build hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 and develop their technical skills in a supportive environment.

You'll be supporting users across the business, so strong communication skills and a willingness to engage with people are essential.

This is a full time office based position at our Head office, however you will need to have a car and be able to drive to attend our other offices based in Potters Bar and Brighton., * Around 1 year's experience in an IT support role (or strong internship/placement)

  • A-levels (or equivalent) as a minimum (IT-related subjects desirable)
  • Confident communicator - not afraid to speak to users and build relationships
  • Friendly, approachable and customer-focused
  • Keen to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 and IT support fundamentals
