Job description

As a Graduate IT Support Technician, you will work closely with customers and internal teams, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and gaining exposure to a wide range of systems, software and technologies. Why join?

  • Provide technical support to customers and internal users via phone, email and remote access.
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware and system issues.
  • Assist with software installation, configuration and testing.
  • Log and manage support tickets through to resolution.
  • Escalate complex technical issues when required.
  • Support software updates, system maintenance and testing.
  • Build strong customer relationships by delivering excellent support.
  • Continue developing your technical knowledge through hands-on training.

Requirements

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related subject.
  • A genuine interest in IT and a desire to develop technical skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a logical approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional approach.
  • Good organisation skills with strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team.

  • £25,000 - £27,000 salary
