Manager III, SAP Basis Administration is responsible for leading the team that manages SAP Basis, SAP technical platform operations, SAP environment management, and transport governance in support of the Retail Spine transformation initiative a business led, IT enabled modernization designed to strengthen competitiveness, enhance operational efficiency, and enable the future state operating model. This role ensures the stability, performance, and reliability of SAP technical landscapes across S/4HANA, HANA DB, integration layers, and Cloud ALM/SAP Operations. The Manager III partners closely Architecture, a Systems Integrator (SI), and third party technology teams to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient SAP operations that support mission critical Retail Spine program milestones., Lead the relationship with SAP for all RISE with SAP operational, and service delivery obligations, acting as the pr"]) self.next_f.push([1,"s, HANA, S/4HANA, or Cloud ALM.

&bull Experience supporting large transformation programs (Retail Spine, S/4HANA migrations, RISE with SAP, or cloud hosted SAP platforms). &bull Familiarity with automation, DevOps for SAP, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), or operations modernization. &bull Experience in retail, consumer goods, or other high transaction environments.
