Job description

We are seeking a dynamic Design Engineer to join our team in Hollister, CA. In collaboration with PacSci leadership and our site engineering teams, this role will play a pivotal part in supporting programs and processes to drive business excellence., Work as a Design Engineer, completing sustainment engineering milestones such as failure analysis and simulations

  • Actively participate in Group Design Reviews.

  • Work within our Configuration Management System to manage program documentation

-Participate in project management

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

  • Perform data reporting and analysis, encompassing qualitative and quantitative aspects, across various projects.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of experience and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Solidworks, Data Analysis tools and other relevant business/engineering software.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Confident and effective communication with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Benefits & conditions

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

Pay Range

$125,160 - $232, 440
