As an Enterprise Technology Infrastructure Lead, you'll help to lead the backbone of a high-performing, mission-critical technology environment. What You'll Do Day-To-Day * Strategic Project Management: Direct and coordinate high-impact infrastructure projects spanning information systems, customer service, and cybersecurity. * Operational Excellence: Oversee the company's Help Desk and customer service functions, ensuring rapid and effective resolution for all end-user needs. * Performance Monitoring: Maintain peak system integrity by monitoring infrastructure performance and proactively identifying areas for optimization. * Security & Compliance: Enforce rigorous security standards and procedures during the design and implementation of all IS technologies to protect critical assets. * Global Alignment: Recommend and implement infrastructure upgrades that drive business efficiency and ensure seamless alignment with the worldwide Framatome Group.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. (Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Information Systems.
  • Proven track record in executive-level IS leadership, with experience managing dynamic and complex organizational structures.
  • Deep expertise in managing large-scale, complex networks utilizing Cisco LAN/WAN technologies and advanced firewall security.
  • Significant experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, including workstation support, help desks, and IS asset management.
  • Expert-level knowledge of diverse corporate business functions and the ability to align IT strategy with overall business goals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and influence change across all levels of a global organization.

Benefits & conditions

Salary: $130,000-$176,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
