Job description
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and provide Tier 2/3 support.
- Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, ACLs, and security policies.
- Monitor network performance and security using tools such as Meraki dashboards.
- Perform upgrades, patching, and firmware updates.
- Support network security and infrastructure improvement projects.
- Maintain network documentation and ensure compliance with security best practices.
Requirements
We are seeking a Junior Network Administrator to support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure in a healthcare environment. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of networking experience who enjoys troubleshooting, network security, and infrastructure support., * 1+ year of network administration or related IT experience.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, subnetting, routing, and switching.
- Experience with Cisco, Meraki, Barracuda, or similar networking technologies.
- Familiarity with firewall management, VPN tunneling, IPS monitoring, and access control lists.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent certifications preferred.
Benefits & conditions
- Support approximately 1,900 users across multiple locations.
- Work closely with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams.
- Conversion salary target: $50,000 - $55,000 annually

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
