Job description
- Manage user accounts, permissions and access controls
- Provide technical support and manage the ticketing system for staff and the wider network.
- Build, configure and maintain all IT equipment and hardware
- Document daily tasks, procedures and ongoing projects
- Monitor system performance and ensure security through backups, updates and patches
- Coordinate with vendors and manage IT-related procurement

Experience Needed:
We don't hire based only on experience but for this role a strong background in IT Administration or a similar role is desirable.
