AI Governance Manager

A newly created role at the centre of an organisation's AI transformation. You'll work closely with senior leadership to shape how AI tools are governed, adopted, and scaled across the business., * Assess current AI usage across teams and build a roadmap for adoption

• Lead AI tool selection, implementation, and governance
• Develop policies and best practices for responsible AI use
• Manage relationships with AI vendors, including Microsoft
• Support training and change management initiatives
• Track AI usage, spend, and business impact
• Deliver reporting and recommendations to senior executives

• Background in IT governance, technology operations, programme management, or similar
• Experience developing technology policies or governance frameworks
• Understanding of enterprise AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing vendors and driving technology adoption
