Job description
- Provide first-line deskside support for hardware, software, and AV equipment
- Use service desk tools to log, manage, and resolve support tickets
- Maintain devices, network connections, and remote access platforms
- Support the use of Google Workspace, remote platforms, and wireless systems
- Manage IT inventories, asset tagging, and consumables
- Assist with project work (e.g. upgrades, deployments)
- Support staff in their use of IT

Requirements
- 1+ year working as an IT Technician in a school or college
- British passport (to pass an enhanced DBS check)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Positive, professional, and proactive attitude
- Strong experience working with Google environments
- Experience with Google Workspace/Chromebooks (desirable)
- Familiarity with interactive whiteboards/screens (desirable)
- Confidence managing wireless, filtering, and security systems (desirable)
- Relevant ICT qualifications and willingness to train further (desirable)
