What You'll Be Responsible For

Security Alert Management & Investigation

You will serve as the primary escalation point for security alerts generated from multiple platforms, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Investigating escalated security alerts and suspicious activity
  • Reviewing endpoint, identity, email, and network security events
  • Evaluating business impact and security risk

This role requires curiosity, analytical thinking, and the ability to connect information from multiple systems to understand the complete security picture.

Incident Response Coordination

When security incidents occur, you will coordinate response efforts and ensure all stakeholders remain informed throughout the process., * Building and maintaining incident timelines

  • Coordinating containment actions
  • Escalating critical security issues appropriately
  • Managing communication between customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Tracking remediation efforts and recovery activities
  • Confirming incident closure requirements
  • Documenting lessons learned and follow-up recommendations

Microsoft 365 & Identity Security

You will help customers secure their Microsoft 365 and identity environments by investigating security events, identifying risks, and recommending improvements to strengthen their security posture.

Responsibilities include:

  • Investigating risky sign-ins and impossible travel events
  • Analyzing MFA fatigue attacks and password spray indicators
  • Reviewing suspicious mailbox activity and privileged access concerns
  • Identifying legacy authentication risks and Conditional Access gaps
  • Recommending security improvements that balance risk reduction and business requirements

Endpoint Security & Managed Detection Response (MDR) Oversight

You will help ensure customers maintain effective endpoint protection by overseeing security posture, coordinating threat response activities, and partnering with CrowdStrike Falcon Complete's 24x7 managed security team., * Reviewing and validating security incidents escalated by CrowdStrike Falcon Complete and other security platforms

  • Coordinating with CrowdStrike analysts during threat investigations and response activities
  • Tracking containment, remediation, and recovery actions through resolution
  • Identifying systems lacking endpoint protection, security coverage, or policy compliance

Vulnerability Management & Risk Reduction

Cybersecurity is most effective when organizations reduce risk before threats become incidents.

In this role, you will:

  • Review high-risk vulnerabilities

  • Track patching and remediation efforts

  • Coordinate corrective actions with internal teams

  • Escalate unresolved security concerns

  • Assist customers with vulnerability prioritization based on business risk and threat exposure

Security Reporting & Customer Scorecards

You will transform security data into meaningful insight.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing monthly customer security reports
  • Creating executive-friendly scorecards
  • Tracking security trends over time
  • Monitoring vulnerability remediation progress
  • Identifying recurring security concerns
  • Presenting actionable recommendations

Security Program Improvement

As a Security Analyst, you'll help improve both customer and internal security operations by:

  • Developing and refining security playbooks
  • Improving alert workflows and escalation standards
  • Identifying automation opportunities
  • Enhancing reporting and dashboards

  • Providing feedback on process improvements
  • Helping standardize security procedures across customers

Security Platform Expertise & Operational Improvement

You will serve as an internal subject matter expert for key security technologies and processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with security platform configuration and optimization
  • Improving alert routing and workflow efficiency
  • Supporting automation and workflow improvement initiatives
  • Identifying tool gaps and optimization opportunities
  • Maintaining documentation and procedures
  • Advising leadership on security platform improvements

Certifications: CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+, SSCP, Microsoft Security Certifications (SC-200, SC-300), CrowdStrike Certifications, Checkpoint Harmony (Email and Collabration) or other equivalent cybersecurity certifications, * 4-7 years cybersecurity experience

  • Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Managed Security Services (MSSP) experience
  • CrowdStrike Falcon, Arctic Wolf, Microsoft Security Stack, Datto, Fortinet, Meraki, Palo Alto, SonicWall, Sentinel One
  • MSP platforms such as ConnectWise, RMM, ScreenConnect, IT Glue
  • Customer-facing security consulting
