Full Stack Developer - Web

• Build responsive, user-friendly websites using WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and other website platforms
• Develop, configure, and maintain WordPress and WooCommerce websites
• Build and update Shopify stores, themes, product pages, and applications
• Maintain and update existing client websites
• Install, update, test, and troubleshoot website plugins, themes, and applications
• Monitor website firewalls, security tools, malware protection, and backups
• Troubleshoot website errors, broken functionality, compatibility issues, and performance concerns
• Manage website hosting environments, servers, domains, DNS settings, and SSL certificates
• Complete website migrations, domain transfers, and hosting changes
• Improve website speed, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and overall performance
• Integrate forms, payment systems, APIs, and third-party applications
• Test websites across browsers, screen sizes, and devices
• Work closely with Creative Touch's design, content, and marketing teams
• Attend occasional in-person meetings in Southern California when required
• Manage multiple website projects, maintenance requests, and deadlines
• Stay current with new web platforms, applications, security practices, and development tools, The selected developer will have opportunities to expand their technical knowledge, take on more advanced projects, and grow into a larger development role.

This position will begin as a part-time role averaging approximately 10-20 hours per week. As the selected candidate becomes familiar with Creative Touch's clients, workflows, and development processes, they will gradually take ownership of additional website maintenance, support requests, and new development projects. As responsibilities increase, there will be opportunities for additional weekly hours and long-term growth within the agency.

After the first 90 days, employees will receive a formal performance review evaluating technical skills, quality of work, communication, reliability, and overall contribution to the team. Based on performance, increased responsibilities, additional hours, and a performance-based pay increase may be considered.

Creative Touch is seeking a motivated and versatile Web Developer to help build new websites, maintain existing client websites, and provide ongoing technical support across multiple web platforms., This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or a developer with approximately two to three years of professional experience who wants to expand their knowledge while working on websites across different platforms and industries., * Must be located in Southern California

This is primarily a remote, work-from-home position paid at an hourly rate. However, occasional in-person meetings may be required. For this reason, candidates must be located in Southern California and able to attend meetings when needed.
