Technical Scrum Master

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) for banking and financial service application teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog aligned with banking product goals.
• Remove blockers and ensure smooth delivery of compliance-driven and high-security applications.
• Coach and mentor Agile team members, focusing on continuous delivery and Agile maturity.
• Track team metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) and report progress to banking stakeholders and program managers.
• Act as a Scrum advocate while collaborating with other Agile teams working on core banking, digital banking, or payments platforms.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements common to the BFSI sector.
• Coordinate with DevOps and QA teams to integrate Agile testing and CI/CD practices.
• Promote a culture of transparency, collaboration, and innovation .

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in the Banking or Financial Services domain. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to drive Agile practices and ensure timely delivery of high-quality banking applications and services. You will be a key player in fostering an Agile culture and optimizing the performance of Scrum teams within a dynamic and fast-paced environment., * Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

• 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of banking operations, core banking systems, or digital banking platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and servant leadership skills., * Experience working with Regulatory and Compliance teams (e.g., PCI-DSS, RBI guidelines).
• Knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.
• Familiarity with microservices, APIs, and cloud-based banking platforms.
• Prior experience working with distributed Agile teams.
