Proven hands-on expertise in data engineering with Snowflake and Databricks, including building and optimizing large-scale data pipelines.
Strong understanding of data architecture fundamentals such as ingestion, transformation, storage, and access management.
Solid experience in system and solution architecture, focusing on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Extensive knowledge of ETL/ELT pipeline development, covering extraction, transformation, validation, and loading processes.
Deep expertise in data modeling techniques, including dimensional modeling, star schema, and snowflake schema.
Ability to optimize compute and storage costs across Snowflake and Databricks platforms.
Proficiency in platform administration, including database design, schema management, user roles, permissions, and access controls.
Hands-on experience implementing data lineage, data quality, and monitoring frameworks.
Advanced proficiency in SQL for data processing, transformation, and automation.
Strong experience in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard development) along with modern BI tools such as Sigma Computing and ThoughtSpot.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and drive technical initiatives.
