Job description

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Data Scientists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client's project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Define and manage the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise data products and analytics solutions.
  2. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into data models, metrics, and scalable analytical solutions.
  3. Partner with engineering teams to develop and optimize data pipelines, semantic layers, and visualization capabilities.
  4. Drive data governance, metric standardization, and continuous improvement of enterprise data products and reporting solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

8+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise data products, including 3+ years leading cross-functional data product and analytics initiatives.

Technical Skills

SQL, Scala, Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, Apache Airflow, CI/CD, Data Warehousing, Data Modeling

Business / Domain Skills

Data Product Management, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Stakeholder Management, Metric Standardization, Data Visualization

Communication

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements., 1. Experience with modern data platforms, lakehouse technologies, and large-scale data pipeline architectures.

  1. Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, feature engineering, recommendation systems, or AI-powered analytics solutions.
