Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, GA in a hybrid work model, with an expectation to work from the office 2-3 days per week. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, customization, and maintenance of AEM-based solutions, with a strong emphasis on front-end development and modern frameworks such as AlpineJS. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that align with business goals and client needs., * Design, develop, customize, and maintain AEM-based applications and solutions.
- Build and enhance front-end experiences using modern JavaScript frameworks, including AlpineJS.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product, and business stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions.
- Support the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements through deployment and ongoing support.
- Apply Agile and test-driven development (TDD) principles to ensure quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents with urgency and attention to detail.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment with evolving requirements and feature sets.
- Participate in code versioning, collaboration, and release processes using BitBucket/Git.
- Continuously explore and adopt new tools, technologies, and best practices to improve engineering outcomes.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in software development and/or testing.
- Strong programming knowledge in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Experience with front-end development and modern JavaScript frameworks, including AlpineJS.
- Desired developing or supporting AEM-based solutions.
- Hands-on experience with BitBucket/Git or other version control systems.
- Solid understanding of the SDLC and software quality practices within Agile environments.
- Experience applying test discipline, including TDD, in day-to-day development.
- Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in an Agile environment with changing requirements.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills in production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
