  • Assist with disaster recovery design for assigned client environments, working alongside leadership to build and document DR strategies
  • Assist with new client onboardings and offboardings end to end
  • Support hardware replacement projects, servers, networking equipment, and endpoints
  • Configure and support Hyper-V and VMware virtual environments

Recurring Maintenance Tasks

  • Active Directory cleanup, stale accounts, group policy review, user lifecycle management
  • MyITProcess, maintaining and updating client IT roadmaps and configuration items
  • ImmyBot, managing automated software deployments and endpoint configurations
  • IT Glue, keeping client documentation accurate and up to date at all times
  • Backup testing and disaster recovery planning, regularly validating backups and ensuring DR procedures are current and accurate for each assigned client
  • Routine environment health checks across assigned client tenants

Requirements

  • MSP experience is required, no exceptions
  • 3+ years of hands-on MSP experience with a strong client-facing and project delivery track record
  • Proven experience migrating Windows Server environments, DC deployment, FSMO role transfers, DNS validation, legacy DC decommission
  • Hands-on firewall work, SonicWall or Meraki deployment, rule configuration, VPN setup
  • Solid networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching
  • Microsoft 365 administration, users, licensing, security settings, Exchange Online
  • Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD), hybrid identity, Conditional Access, MFA
  • Experience with RMM tools (Datto or similar) and a PSA ticketing system
  • Comfortable in a documentation-first environment, IT Glue or similar
  • Familiarity with backup solutions and disaster recovery procedures
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client site visits
  • Must be fully comfortable working on-site 5 days per week in Corona, CA
  • Available for on-call weekend rotation
  • Professional communicator, confident with clients in person, by phone, and by email
