Job description
- Lead cross-functional technical programs across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations.
- Develop and maintain integrated program schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate product development activities through engineering build, testing, validation, and launch readiness.
- Identify program risks, drive mitigation plans, and remove execution roadblocks.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Track dependencies across multiple workstreams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Drive accountability through regular program reviews, action item tracking, and status reporting.
- Support continuous process improvements to enhance program execution and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience supporting complex engineering or product development programs.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in hardware, manufacturing, automotive, energy storage, battery technology, or other advanced technology environments.
- Strong understanding of engineering development lifecycles, testing, validation, and production readiness.
- Proven ability to manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., * Experience with battery systems, energy storage, renewable energy, automotive, industrial equipment, or other electro-mechanical products.
- Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), design validation, engineering builds, or manufacturing ramp.
- PMP certification or Agile program management experience.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering organizations.
