Job description
We're seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Architect to join a growing cybersecurity team supporting both enterprise IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments. This is an opportunity to work on challenging security initiatives across manufacturing operations while helping shape the organization's long-term cybersecurity strategy.

What You'll Do
- Design and implement enterprise cybersecurity solutions across IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments.
- Secure manufacturing systems including industrial networks, PLCs, HMIs, and ICS/SCADA environments.
- Develop cybersecurity architecture, standards, and technical roadmaps.
- Lead security reviews, risk assessments, and security improvement initiatives.
- Perform threat hunting, incident response, and forensic investigations.
- Design and maintain Zero Trust security architectures.
- Manage vulnerability management programs and security compliance initiatives.
- Deploy and support enterprise security technologies including:
- Firewalls
- Web Application Firewalls (WAF)
- SIEM
- EDR
- IAM
- DLP
- IDS/IPS
- Implement network segmentation and access control strategies.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, engineering, and business teams to build secure solutions.
- Present cybersecurity metrics and recommendations to leadership.
- Mentor technical team members and provide architectural guidance.
Requirements
U.S. Persons only. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship. No sponsorship available. No C2C. No third-party vendors., * 4-7 years of progressive cybersecurity experience.
- Manufacturing cybersecurity experience is required.
- At least 2 years supporting Operational Technology (OT) environments.
- Strong knowledge of:
- ICS/SCADA
- PLC networks
- Industrial control systems
- Network segmentation
- Zero Trust architecture
- Firewalls
- IDS/IPS
- Vulnerability Management
- Experience leading enterprise security initiatives.
- Experience across multiple areas of the cybersecurity stack.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts with both engineers and executive leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
