Job description
We are seeking a highly organized Operations & E-commerce Project Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial concept to digital listing. Reporting directly to the Office Manager and the Head of Ecommerce, you will be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring all deadlines are met, and upholding the highest standards of data integrity. This is a pivotal position suited for a professional who demonstrates strong ownership, thrives in a deadline-driven environment, and possesses the analytical skills necessary to optimize team workloads., * Workflow & Team Management: Maintain the daily office rhythm by managing team assignments and balancing workloads to ensure no deadline is missed.
- Product Lifecycle Oversight: Help manage the entire product creation process-from initial spec sheets to the final "Go Live" on our e-commerce platforms.
- Content & Marketing Support: Oversee the creation of product data sheets and coordinate content creation for marketing and e-commerce sales.
- Data Integrity: Maintain office databases and perform meticulous peer reviews of work within Excel to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Independent Communication: Manage and respond to internal and external emails independently, representing the brand with professional and clear communication.
- Administrative Support: Assist management with daily operational tasks to keep the office running at peak efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience in office administration or project management (ideally within an e-commerce or product-based environment).
- Technical Skills: * Intermediate Excel skills are a must (you should be comfortable with formulas, data organization, conditional formatting, and peer-reviewing others' sheets).
- Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite.
