Job description
- Serve as an ETL Developer supporting Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives
- Develop and support enterprise Information Services environments
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement data architecture solutions
- Work with business and IT teams to convert data into actionable insights
- Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and accessibility
- Design and implement:
- Data Warehouses
- Data Lakes
- Data Marts
- Dashboards & Reporting Solutions
- Define KPIs and support data-driven decision-making
- Train stakeholders on data usage and analytics tools
- Support integration across multiple enterprise systems
Requirements
- 5+ years with IBM Cloud Pak for Data
- 5+ years with IBM Knowledge Catalog
- Experience migrating IBM DataStage workloads to Cloud Pak for Data
- 5+ years with IBM Manta
- Experience defining data architecture standards, patterns, and best practices
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions
- Experience in large enterprise environments with multiple data sources
- Strong understanding of:
- Data Quality
- Data Consistency
- Data Lifecycle Management
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, * 5+ years experience with:
- IBM Cloud Pak for Data
- IBM Knowledge Catalog
- IBM Manta
- Strong ETL/Data Warehousing experience
- Experience with enterprise-scale data architecture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate across business, analytics, and IT teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with State of Michigan
