Advanced Infrastrucure Hardware Systems Engineer

Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum of 5 years of related experience Schedule: First Shift

Clearance Requirement: Secret Clearance is preferred (U.S. citizenship required) and Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire.

As an Infrastructure Hardware Systems engineer for Surface Systems, you'll be a member of an agile team responsible for delivering a robust, flexible, secure, and stable infrastructure for U.S. Navy surface ships. You will develop and configure common solutions to complex problems, test and troubleshoot in a lab environment, and create documentation to support a rigorous engineering process. You'll meet with your team daily to collaborate and problem solve to ensure we meet our commitments to the U.S. Navy mission.

• Reading and understanding engineering drawings, wiring schematics, parts lists or rack layouts
• Troubleshooting computing hardware issues in a lab or customer site
• Developing schematics using Siemens Capital Logic Designer

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
